ModuBoza
An operations PoC for shared OTT, designed to be honest about scarcity.
ModuBoza is a private proof-of-concept exploring subscription pooling at the operations layer: provider pools, isolated credentials, queueing, session rules, and an audit-oriented operator surface.
Credentials stay in the operator layer.
Users are matched to managed provider accounts without seeing credentials. The system models scarcity through queues rather than overbooking.
Every state change leaves a trace.
Verification, health checks, and auto-login are modeled as queued BotJobs. Operators can inspect what ran, when it ran, and how it failed.
PoC first, launch claims later.
The product remains private until legal, payment, platform, and operational review are complete. Public copy avoids partnership or legality claims.
A solo streaming subscription should be built for one viewer, not priced like a household.
