A small studio, proving an AI company can run on agents.
Agentryx AI is an operator-led studio in Seoul. One person sets priorities; agents execute against narrow, well-specified surfaces. We design the studio with the same discipline we ask of the products inside it. We're not claiming we've cracked it — the shipped products are how we test the idea in the open.

How we work
A studio sized for the tools we have.

One operator, many agents.
Headcount stays small on purpose. Agents take implementation work; the operator owns priorities, design, and the merge button.

Plan to MVP in a month.
Each product is scoped to go from plan to a shipped MVP in about a month — design, build, test, launch. ReTalk ran about 31 days end to end, ads and the payment-gateway application included.

Proof, not promises.
The thesis is public and the products are real. We'd rather be measured by what ships than by what we promise.
